Free Registration Open for In-Person AHR Expo 2022

Free registration has begun for the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo), which will return next year in Las Vegas, Nevada (U.S.) from January 31 to February 2 as an in-person event following its pandemic-induced cancellation in 2021.

AHR Expo, one of the largest HVAC&R events, attracts a wide range of OEMs, engineers, contractors, facility operators, architects, educators and other industry professionals from around the world.

The 2022 event at the Las Vegas Convention Center will feature more than 500,000ft2 (46,451.52m2) of exhibitor space, as well as a comprehensive education program. It will include many exhibits and educational sessions focused on, or related to, natural refrigerant technologies.

A highlight of the 2022 show will be the AHR Expo Innovation Awards program. In 2020 the top prize went to Danish manufacturer Danfoss for its CO2 Adaptive Liquid Management (CALM) solution.

“We understand the disappointment in last year’s forced cancellation and we are thrilled to once again host the show that our industry partners value so much,” said Mark Stevens, Manager of AHR Expo.

The importance of a well-managed indoor environment as a main component in community health will form a particular focus for the 2022 event.

“The pandemic in some ways has pushed us ahead in terms of global acceptance of just how vital this industry is to the world,” said Stevens. “Every country, industry, and news outlet is talking about HVACR.”

Prior to COVID-19, HVAC was already experiencing a boom driven by interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, IoT and other technology innovations, said AHR Expo organizers.
